Jean Lukens is a Wisconsin native. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Art History and a minor in Studio Art. She moved to California in 1982. Jean was juried into 9 years of  self-guided studio tours, sponsored by the Santa Cruz Cultural Council. She returned to WI in 2008 and has had many gallery shows.
