Press Mold Classes with Richard Spiller

Students will use plastic molds to press a slab of earthenware red clay into the mold. The piece will then be bisque-fired at Spiller’s Art Studio. The second class will require the students to paint the designs on the clay molds and then they will be fired again with a clear glaze. These press molds could be hung in your garden, on a fence or around your house.

Each student will have a small mold and a large mold to work with and will be offered a variety of designs to choose from. Cost is $ 25 per class for members and $30 per class for non-members. Please register with Richard Spiller at spillerart0@gmail.com or marykayeperrin@gmail.com.
