Oil Painting Class with Barb Halvorson

Winona Arts Center welcomes Barb Halvorson for an Oil Painting Class on Saturday April 26, 2025 from 10am to 3pm.
We will learn to paint a beautiful landscape featuring a barn with the woods and colorful sky as the backdrop. Beginners to experienced painters are welcome! All supplies are furnished.
