Winona Arts Center will host a children’s activity table from 4pm-8pm at East End Rec Center during this event.
From Engage Winona: “Join us for fun, free activities with kids activities, treats, and opportunities to engage with your community, right at your doorstep! Learn more about getting involved in your community, from registering to vote to joining a non-profit board!”
