DESCRIPTION:Friday / May 1 / 5:30–7:00pm\nCost: $20 Members & $25 Non-members\nJoin us for a fun\, relaxing\, floral inspired drawing class that is non-representational with no right or wrong! It has been referred to as Yoga for the Brain! The only pre-requisite is that you are able to write the letters i\, c and s. You will work on a 4-inch square of heavy mixed media paper\, drawing short lines that are either straight or curved\, similar to those letters to create a pattern. No experience required. This 2-week workshop will ease into the printing processes of Drypoint and Chine Colle. We will explore combining these two methods: one focuses on fine lines and tones\, the other explores color and textured Japanese papers. New and previous students are welcome! DESCRIPTION:Saturday / May 16 / 10am–4pm\nCost: $45 members / $50 non-members\nJoin Betsy to capture the fresh growth and vivid colors of the spring/summer season in\nthe painting medium of pastel. Ideal for beginners and those with more advanced experience. \nAttendees will experience three different types of painting surfaces and have access to use a variety of pastels. If you don’t have pastels\, no worries!
